ORDERING QUESTIONS

 

  1. How is my order shipped? 
    Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. You may choose at checkout.  Shipments to CANADA via UPS are subject to customs duties/taxes/fees once it reaches the Canadian border. 
  2. What forms of payment do you accept? 
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
  3. If I place an order today, when should I expect it to arrive?
    Orders are usually shipped the same day as they are placed and delivered within 1 to 5 business days thereafter depending on your shipping destination.
  4. How do I check the status of my order? 
    To check the status or track your order, simply log into your Order Status.
  5. Can I ship my order to an address other than my billing address?
    Yes, during checkout, you will have the option to enter a "shipping address". We DO ship to PO boxes via USPS ONLY. However, please note that we do not ship to APO addresses and addresses outside the USA . We DO ship to the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Canada.  
 

RETURN POLICY

We are committed to providing excellent customer satisfaction with our products beyond the point of sale.  

-Unused product in the original packaging and condition may be returned by mail within 14 days of delivery.-Before returning merchandise you must contact our Customer Service to receive authorization. We cannot accept returns without our authorization.-To obtain authorization, please call our Customer Service at 310.338.1490 between the hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday (Pacific Standard Time).

 -Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

 -All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip, date of authorization, and the name of the customer service representative that you spoke with. Please note on the packing slip the reason for the return.

-Your credit card will be refunded for the price of the items returned, once they have been received in our warehouse.

 -We are not responsible for lost or stolen returns. We recommend mailing the return by UPS or another carrier that provides tracking services.

 When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact Customer Service and we will be happy to assist you.

 The following items are non-returnable:

Individual products purchased as a set (the entire set must be returned)

 Returns must include any promotional gift(s) to qualify for full refund. Partial returns must include any promotional gift(s) to quality for a partial refund if the unreturned portion of the order fails to meet the original requirements to qualify for the promotional gift.  Promotional gifts may not be exchanged.

 Refused packages will not be refunded.
